Customer data is not used to train public AI models without the explicit authorization of the customer. AI features are governed by our AI & Data Usage Policy, available at nevtan.com/ai-policy.
Where AI features involve automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, Nevtan will provide appropriate disclosure and, where required by law, the ability to request human review.
Nevtan Services are designed for business and professional use and are not directed toward children under the age of 18.
Nevtan does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
